It’s an honour to be re-elected as the Member for Hotham

On 2 July, I was re-elected to the Parliament as the Federal Member for Hotham.

It is a deep privilege to speak on behalf of other Australians in Federal Parliament, and I am genuinely humbled to be re-elected the Federal Member for Hotham.

To the people I represent – from East Bentleigh to Noble Park, from Dingley to Cheltenham – I will never stop fighting for the things that matter to our community.

We had a good, clean campaign in Hotham that focused on the issues, and I congratulate all my worthy adversaries from other political parties.

The electoral commission were fantastic, and, let’s face it, they’ve been working their butts off now for months trying to run a fair and efficient election process. Well done to Jodie and her team.

Mostly I want to thank the people of Hotham, who have placed their trust in me again.

I’ll be fighting tooth and nail to represent your needs this term of Parliament.
